I'm a Business Systems Analyst who connects business needs with practical technology. My experience spans digital product analytics, ERP implementation, e-commerce systems, and workflow improvement..
In my work here in Canada, I progressed from analyzing website and customer performance to mapping and configuring ERP workflows, and then to leading broader systems migration, automation, and user adoption. This progression taught me to examine problems from both sides to know what the business needs and what the technology must do.
Earlier in my career, I configured and customized ERPNext for a client, and helped a B2B supply-chain company move inventory, purchasing, and sales processes from spreadsheets into a centralized ERP system.
My Computer Science background and Full-Stack .NET Cloud Developer training from Humber College in Toronto help me communicate effectively with developers and understand data, integrations, and technical tradeoffs. I also enjoy exploring applied AI and sharing what I learn with others.
